The Landscape

The two main buildings that make up the Masseria complex, stand in the center of a hilly area overlooking the southern coast in the Porto Palo locality, abutting to the north the Magaggiaro Woods, a nature reserve that stretches over 800 hectares between the foothills of the Belice River to the west and the Carboj River to the east.
Endless expanses of vineyards, olive groves and wooded patches characterize the valley of both rivers, down to their respective mouths where trees and vines seem to dive into the crystal clear sea.
Trekking and cycling are opportunities to fully grasp the strength that is inherent in these places and to fully enjoy the beauty that surrounds the Masseria.

Racina Restaurant

The Cuisine

Racina is a convivial place inside Masseria del Carboj where you can enjoy traditional Sicilian dishes and choose km 0 products directly harvested from the Stoccatello farm garden. A reminder of primordial flavors in one of the most striking landscape settings in western Sicily.

The structure accommodates 80 covers and the large spaces allow the organization of events and banqueting. For nature lovers, it will also be possible to discover the flavors and products that the land offers with a picnic on the lawn.
