Each of the rooms, represents a tangible commitment to traditional Sicilian elegance and refinement.

Thanks to the recent renovation, all rooms and suites have been individually designed with the desire to surprise guests, combining the original features of the building – once deputed to the agricultural activities of the estate – with the most modern comforts.

Attention to detail is evidenced by the recovery of furnishings with timeless charm, unique artwork created by local artists, comfortable fabrics and linens, and amenities designed to pamper guests.

Classic

Some located on the upper floor of the structure and others in the second building of the Masseria, the Classic Doubles are located in a more intimate area where silence is the protagonist. The Rooms consist of a single room of 14 square meters with a double bed and a large private bathroom with shower and all amenities.

Superior

Superior Doubles are located on the mezzanine floor of the facility with panoramic views of the hills of Memphis and the so-called Sea of Africa. The rooms consist of a single room of 21 square meters and a small living area from which to listen to the sounds of nature and admire, comfortably seated in an armchair, the landscape.

Deluxe

Located on the ground floor of the facility, the Deluxe Doubles reflect, in perfect rural style, the typical features of Mediterranean architecture. The rooms consist of a single room of about 21 square meters where, in addition to a double bed, there is an intimate living area with an armchair, to treat yourself to a moment of rest or reading.
